DIRECTOR/OSTEOPATH
I enjoy an active lifestyle. I love my sports (road cycling, mountain biking, tramping, swimming), my garden and my 'down time'. I value the importance of optimum mind/body health. What motivates me in clinic is being part of the process that helps patients live life to the full and fulfil their dreams.
My osteopathic approach is firm, strong, gentle......versatile. Every treatment or management approach is tailored to suit the individual young (including babies) and old. It is not one treatment fits all but it is one treatment that addresses all.
I have attended and continue to attend development/training courses both here and in the UK. I spent 12 years on the clinic
supervisory/ teaching team at Unitec where most of our NZ osteopaths are trained. Through out my osteopathic career in NZ, and
particularly through my time on the teaching staff at Unitec, I have become familiar with osteopaths graduating and venturing out to
start their own osteopathic journey. I am now fortunate to have a cohesive strong team here at Osteopathy Pukekohe.
