A message from Sarah: My passion is to simplify and break down the often complex world of food and health to support others in becoming the best, most energetic version of themselves. I have a holistic approach and believe there isn't a 'one size fits all' plan for my clients. I enjoy being part of someone's health journey and supporting them with improving their nutrition and subsequently their quality of life.
Diet is about so much more than simply losing or gaining weight. It is also about gut health, pain management, mood and much more. I have extensive experience in a range of areas including:
- Weight management (loss or gain) - Bariatric surgery - Gastrointestinal issues and gut health - Nutrition and pain management - Nutrition and mood
I also have experience in the OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Program for weight loss.
